RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
For Non-Personalized items, Melody Necklace accepts product returns.
Conditions for Product Returns:
1. The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery.
2. Items must be in their original purchase condition without any scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations.
3. Customers are responsible for the returning shipment fee and tax fee.
Refund Process:
1. Contact our customer service E-mail address:service@melodynecklace.com to initiate the return request.
2. Send the items you received back to our return address.
3. Customers send the tracking link of Returns to our customer service E-mail address:service@melodynecklace.com.Please note that returns without tracking will not be processed.
4. Returns will be confirmed within 2-4 working days upon package receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment account within 7 working days.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned and canceled as they cannot be restocked.
We offer exchange options for personalized items. Contact service@melodynecklace.com within 30 days from the delivery date.
Free Exchange (Melody Necklace's Reason):
1. If we sent the wrong order or products, you received broken or low-quality items, or your items were damaged during shipping.
2. If you received personalized items with incorrect information (we will exchange them for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value).
In such cases, Melody Necklace will cover the cost of the goods and logistics. Please email us (service@melodynecklace.com) with a photo of the items you received.
Paid Exchange (Customer's Reason):
1. If you chose the wrong size, color, or style for your order.
2. If you changed your mind or personal taste.
3. If the shipping address you provided needed to be corrected during checkout.
4. If the personalization information you provided was wrong.
Please note that customers can choose a paid exchange and still keep the previous items. The customer will bear the logistics cost of $6.9, while Melody Necklace will bear the cost of creating the new order.
